Shipping & Delivery

Made for you: Every artwork is printed individually for you after you order. Orders within Europe are produced in Poland, orders to the USA right in the USA. From there your artwork goes straight to you.

Shipping countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Cyprus and the United States.

Delivery time: usually 4 to 7 business days after your order, to the United States 4 to 8 business days. Delivery to Cyprus may take a little longer.

Shipping costs: free to every destination we serve. Digital downloads are delivered by email.

Tracking: As soon as your artwork is on its way, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Damaged delivery: If your artwork arrives damaged, please email photos to hallo@arturell.com, ideally within 48 hours, and we'll send you a new one free of charge.
